How to contact a seller about an order
If you’ve already placed an order and need help:

Find the order you need help with and select Help with Order.

In the message box, explain what’s gone wrong (for example: damaged item, late delivery, or a request to return/exchange).

If you placed an order without creating an account, don’t worry — you can still get help:

You’ll receive an email receipt for your purchase. That email includes your seller’s contact details.
